internets!  welcome to the new site!  thank you very much for stopping by.  i bid an extremely unfond farewell to that crappy myspace blog. so long, impossible to format text.  arrivederci…other boring formatting blog problems that i will not bore you with.

hope you take a nice look around the site and appreciate what our fantastic designer friends at scope media have done.  i (joan) also recently rediscovered the joys of scissors and construction paper (real scissors this time, though…not those blunt plastic guys that can’t even cut butter).

i should also probably just let you know that unless some sort of nuclear bomb drops that causes some genetic alteration that triggers a new found love of blogging in non-bloggers, i can pretty much guarantee you that i, joan smith, will be the one who updates this blog…always.  if this blog ever gives any sort of indication that isaac has written here, please call me in case of emergency contact, cuz it means something terrible has happened.

in non-welcome-to-this-blog news, Canadian Music Week was a blast.  we can safely say we have never before had a set sandwiched between one band from Barcelona, and one from the Netherlands.   we have also never before had anyone throw cowboy shirts on the stage before we play ‘fake cowboys’…but now that it has happened, we hope it becomes a regular thing.
