Yeah so we’ve pretty much sucked at updating this here tour blog since we started this tour about a week and a half ago. We have a multitude of excuses, though, including the fact that we camped in the maritime wilderness for 3 days, hung out with strippers, and were generally having fun with all the great bands we’ve been playing with.
Great big huge enormous ups to the Bible All Stars for helping get this cross Canada tour off to a great fucking start, along with Grooveback, who know how to make this little band feel really welcome and introducing us to the ‘neighbourhood goat, Snuffy’.

We’ve still got shows to look forward to surrounding Canada Day festivities…tomorrow in New Glasgow at some big fancy amphitheater with the Grooveback boys, then a big hoorah in Charlottetown with the Fugato boys, and Friday in Amherst with Grooveback AND Nicknameless. This tour would be worth it alone for hanging out with the wicked people we’ve met in our travels (although making some cash and gaining exposure in new ‘markets’ is also worth it, I guess). Unfortunatley we hit a snag with the upcoming show at the Seahorse next Saturday (we will blame it on the flower sniffin baby kissin corporate rock whores), but we’ve got alternate plans in the works so all should be well.
